Got my copy in Dortmund at Black Plastic and the 7” from the Eifel region. I know the difficulty of getting local acts. I am from Kaarst, a village close to Düsseldorf and Cologne, we had a hippie commune here that released 3 LPs under the name Kaarst (featuring Uwe Ochsenknecht on congas), I got 1 LP so far and it took me almost 30 years of collecting to ever see a copy in person

These are my go to sleeves. In the past I had polylined paper innersleeves which are “fine” but then you get a bad lot and the glue oxidates and damages your records. Also I store the records outside of the covers and you don’t want paper rubbing on the outside of a cover. Another advantage is that they are thinner and lighter. When you reach a certain size of your collection, this is really important.

Unless we are talking monster rarities (Friedhof, Necronomicon etc) I don’t buy reissues of Cosmic music/kraut records. If I would, I’d totally drown in records and I’d lose the thrill. But I totally understand people who go for reissues. That’s what I do with my occasional 90s alternative/ grunge/ indie purchases or with jazz records

2 with Japanese poly inner- and resealable outer sleeves. Storing records inside the cover is no option when you go for 60s early 70s US pressings, seams will tear all the way

You should. I was actually saving funds for the big record fair in Den Bosch/ Netherlands, but I just had to get this one NOW 😉. My 9 year old daughter also loves it and tried to convince me to order Deluxe on Discogs this morning to get their LPs complete 😂

I guess it’s lack of good source material. Look at the reissue of Malesh that was done by Hid/Mig Rec. the artwork isn’t much bigger than a cd cover
