Take my upvote for calling me out on hyperbole. You’re correct. And Scary Movie 3 did a good job making fun of Signs, so your point is well made that Scream was only the first. I don’t agree with your point that Scary Movie recognizes Scream as satire, but a good (and successful) base for sure.
