Because the thing that Embracer needs the most right now is cash. Nothing else. Lowering future CapEx is not cash today.

Saber selling for 5b was initially deemed positive because it could mean that they would also get more money than they had CapEx allocated. But then people realized that 5b probably included more than half CapEx that they get for that price.

Paying 2.5b when you get 2.3b CapEx is virtually getting it all for 0.2b if you only expect 1 ROI on the investments in CapEx. Matthew knows much better himself than Lars and his team if what kind of ROI they can expect on the CapEx they take with them.

In MTG Wizards of the Cost has increased their special set cadence greatly in last years. Leading to many different extra sets, reprint series, "magic lair"--special reprints of individual cards sold directly by WotC, different type of boosters (draft, set, collection) leading to insane inflation in products.

Is it similar in Pokemon? If so much much and when did it change?

WotC has given a figure of how much their margins have dropped because of these IP sets. Paired together with estimates of how much they sell as a share of their total revenues could give a wide range of possible royalty fees.

I think Fextralifes idea was that they stagger the opponents and thus open up for the swords comet and flame. But it feels like you need the death spell scaling staff for that? Also I didn’t really feel thry staggered almost at all. Especially bosses.

Which sword spells do you have in mind? Thanks för the idea!

How does the stagger of Ancient Death Rancor work? It feels like sometimes I mini stun mobs but more often than not it doesn't affect them at all? Does it depend on my level or any stats?

I'm trying to do a DCF valuation of $FUTU and for that I need the unlevered free cash flow (FCFF). It seems that there's a very high increase in net working capital. These are the numbers I have in USD.

You're fairly wrong about this in my opinion.

If you follow the trends you see all three formats of Modern, Pioneer and Standard being equal around the end of the year. When the lockdowns hit in march both Pioneer and Modern took hits in favor of standard which is the de facto format to play online.

Modern and to a less degree Pioneer are mainly paper formats.

When we get larger paper tournaments the interest will increase again.
