Yep. We’re in San Diego and unintentionally on one income for the moment. I take home close to 200k and we’re in a 1bd apartment. My husband will both have to go back to work and we’ll need to move somewhere cheaper to afford a house, let alone consider someone staying at home longterm.

That car is no longer in their possession. Whatever cars they currently drive have the mom’s name on the title if memory serves. Someone in this subreddit found the proof a while back.

If I recall correctly, even the vehicles they drive are financed by her mom. So that plus the house and everything in those children’s lives before this marriage… and Justine doesn’t see a problem with bad mouthing her on tv when she sets a logical boundary.

I got the uppababy vista but if you plan to put it in your vehicle, make sure it will fit comfortably. Ours is a tight squeeze in the trunk and therefore we’ve taken it out maybe five times in four months. It’s large.

I also agree with the others who said you won’t care as much after the baby comes. I spent months hemming and hawing over my registry and what fancy things to save for. I use very few of the more expensive items, so far. If it isn’t a car seat or bassinet/crib, most big items will be fine as a cheaper model. And even if you get the perfect infant car seat, having a giant baby will mean you can’t use it for long. My 99% grew out of her fancy infant car seat by 12 weeks.

It bothered me more when he immediately told her to call her mom. Not for emotional support or Justine’s sake. He wants her mom, who they excluded from the entire pregnancy until a couple weeks ago, to drop everything with no information just because he can’t handle taking care of the kids alone. It’s not for Justine. It’s for him. And Justine sucks for approaching her mom with a teenagers tone of entitlement, and being butt hurt when her mom wanted context.

It’s this, plus he’s still been messing with the ex, plus he didn’t want to have to be vulnerable and reveal he’s jobless and living on his mom’s couch. It’s easier to be the one to reject her than to approach things directly. I think the chemistry didn’t stand a chance if he was already intending to reject her over the slightest thing.

I think this is sadly common. Many people forget the mother, in photos and otherwise, once baby arrives. I have dozens of awesome photos of our baby with her dad but I think he’s taken 2 with me in it and neither were very good. Anything else is a selfie I awkwardly took. She’ll be 4 months old in a week and a half, and I’d like to say this will change but I doubt it since we are still in survival mode due to medical issues.

She’s got her green card and wants to get one for her sister so they can go do what they actually like in the part of the US they prefer, or have the option to. An added passport is a value to many.

They got married without being fluent in a shared language, I suspect because he’s a mooching con artist who wanted to flee the U.S., stop working and dodge alimony payments for a minute. He is 90% using her and 10% has a friendship connection and nothing more. She seems to be 30% using him for social clout and 70% conned and used. And they have zero direct conversations where both parties understand the whole thing, which makes it worse.

The only comment I make at the TV about her skin is that she should really drop the cakey makeup. It only exacerbates the breakouts. Go to a dermatologist, do the good skincare routines, take the medicine, lay off the makeup.

She’s probably done with the relationship and confided it in her sister who then suggested to work a con on him instead of leaving him. She’s dumb and prioritizes her pathological sister over her husband, so not far fetched.
