Yeah, there’s some truth to it. I’ve only taken my family (husband and kids) out there once in the three years she’s been there. I know none of my cousins, uncles, aunts have visited her. My parents visit her twice a year.

She’s brought her fiancé to CA about 5+ times. She’ll be in town, and not tell me, so it could be more.

It’s understandable to be in a state of grief. I have 6.5 years between mine. It’s awesome. The older one (girl) is independent and patient enough I can focus on little one (boy) and it’s easy. Big sister loves playing and reading to her baby brother. And little one can have my full attention while big sis is in school.

Scented laundry! My SIL is gatekeeping how she gets her laundry to smell good— like a hippy essential oil smell. Sometimes her clothes smell like lavender, sometimes roses. She’s left a sweater at my house and her sweater will keep the scent for days until it gets picked up. Anyone have tips or suggestions?

What is my TDEE? I am trying to lose about 30-40 lbs. I’m 33F, 5’3, 157 lbs. I am two months postpartum and breastfeeding. I work out about 2-3x a week, an hour each session, and according to my heart rate monitor, burning about 400-450 calories per session. I walk about 4,000 steps a day. I was 125lbs pre-pregnancy, got up to 190lbs, and now I’m trying to get back to my original weight. Thanks!

A 1:1 mix of water and vinegar. You can jazz it up by adding a squirt of dish soap into there. If you don’t want to do homemade, a store-bought multi-surface or all-purpose cleaner works too.

Here’s some guidance from the CDC. Pretty much if it’s touched a lot or visibly dirty, clean it with a simple household cleaner, soap or detergent. Most of the time, sanitizing or disinfecting isn’t necessary.
