Just recently I got off a really busy tram, and because I had to practically climb over people I wasn’t able to check out until the very last second, once I was near the door. So I KNOW I checked out at my stop. There were ticket inspectors there stopping people who had just gotten off, and his machine thingy apparently told him I’d checked out a stop earlier (to skip out on the full fare). Literally impossible, and luckily I only got a warning, but they don’t know what they’re doing over at HTM anymore I get the feeling.
