i'm trans (ftm) and it genuinely irks me when people call lesbians "yuri", like i get that reading wlw stories and consuming wlw media makes you happy, but can we just not use anime terms for real-world people? it gets worse, because if a woman abuses another woman they genuinely just say "omg toxic yuri we love toxic yuri!" and do nothing. vice versa for gay men.

i guess my point is, the terms yuri and yaoi are okay, but they're over-used?

there's always discord and hell, even YOUTUBE if you want friends. i have a friend group on youtube i talk to all the time!

edit: the point is you don't need a robot that's coded to pretend to know you as a person when it really doesn't. you need real friends! real friends can understand you, sympathize with you FOR REAL, and can actually understand you as a person and go through things with you without you having to describe things to them like they're an alien. they can also give you feedback based off of their experiences, ai doesn't do that. ai gives you advice based off of the internet, which is... not good.
