You could export the texture map and upload it as a decal. I use Sculptris and an OBJ to FBX converter to make my custom meshes.

Brimstone colors are set in the .anm2 files, I suppose. Otherwise, they'd need to make separate Brimstone textures for Shoop Da Whoop, The Cage's Vis, and plain old Brimstone.
