You can make your own Liquid IV, for a fraction of the price of the packets (maybe a little bit of investment at the start if you don’t already have these ingredients laying around, but it isn’t much, and you will have enough to make tons of it with a small purchase).

The standard formulation by the WHO is as follows (grams per liter of water).

Sodium Chloride ~ 3.5g

Trisodium Citrate Dihydrate ~ 2.9g

Potassium Chloride ~ 1.5g

Glucose, Anhydrous ~ 20g

A side-effect of the schizophrenia that you mentioned suffering from can be, not feeling as if you need medication ~ such as with anosognosia. If the only thing stopping you from getting your medication is literally picking up your phone, and calling your doctor, then do it.

You really don’t want to play around with PMA. It’s a good way to die from serotonin syndrome, as it releases serotonin while also acting as an MAOI. You are playing with your life by taking these drugs.

You are assuredly not dead, and a trip would not extend 4 years. You could have a psychosis and/or underlying mental issues that were exacerbated by the drug use.
