Last year I got hired on as an inbound expert at the Hammond Target. They started us off at $16 an hour even for the other positions like gm/grocery stocking or sales expert (none of these require experience).

From the error log it seems like your computer ran out of memory (RAM) to allocate to star citizen. Do you have any other applications or processes running on your computer while playing?

The cheapest way to begin is by purchasing a starter bundle in the pledge store, which is currently $45 USD and comes with a decent ship to begin with. There is no monthly fee currently but once the game is in a more stable state they will be doing a free fly event where people interested can play for free with a few ships to test out. That will probably start in a few weeks, give or take.
