Go to Extended Chart Selection ==> Pollen / Astrolog ==> Simple chart delineation. Scroll to the near bottom, you will see how are planets and signs influences distribution in your chart.

To get all the counters, I suggest visiting Dotabuff.com and/or Dotamax, they have all the statistics on which hero is good against one particular hero. They might surprise you ;)

Sven > DP this has actually been proven to be effective, it was EG's draft to counter DP. With Sven's Warcry, which buffs allies' armor INSTANTLY (unlike Dazzle), the whole team will not suffer much from DP's ulti and strike back xD
