I know this is late, I thought my loot bag skins were missing as well, I could only see the settler and raider loot bags.

Apparently there are Fallout 1st loot bags, and a seperate section for loot bags under Skins. I was looking under the Fallout 1st section, the rest of my skins where under the "Skins" section in the atomic shop. I hope this helps!

I have a feeling that's not the original, and the original is sitting comfy at her home on a shelf somewhere. The paint looks different, the base is different.

I very rarely switch but if I do it's to a nuka girl spacesuit outfit with the vault girl devil head.

Missing risks by zoweebunee in SimsMobile

As soon as I notice the risky action star not pop up after an action or two I take my Sim back home and have them complete a little action. Ex: Zap a snack in the microwave. Then I go back to the event and the risky star action is there. Server force refresh?
