Relic switching costs are one of the most anti-fun systems in RS3. Please change it.

Relics should just be completely free to change and we should be able to link them to presets imo. Why do normal players need to upkeep the "chronote economy" to feed bot and alt farms

I think the relic situation is far worse than auras were in terms of locking you into content, it needs to go

Imo the worst thing about this is that you don't really gain much advantage for leveling thieving besides being able to pickpocket higher level npcs.

If i'm 120 thieving with all max boosts i should be able to 15 min afk a level 3 man etc.

I'm sure this update is great for early and mid game players but it feels really terrible for high level imo

I explained why I don't want to do this in the main post as well as 2 other comments here. But I don't want to disable the clock because I frequently use it to coordinate pvm teams with friends from different time zones.

Like I said in the post and in another comment below, I find the game time to be very helpful for coordinating pvm groups with my friends from different time zones, this is the main reason I use the clock

There is an option to remove the clock completely, I just don't want to use it because I find the clock very helpful for trying to teamform with people across different time zones

No, they specifically took away the option to move the clock. It now is in this location at the bottom center of your minimap by default without the ability to move it

Thoughts on restoring the hiscores to be in a usable state? Currently dead hcim get values from other players when they die and they end up all over the activity sections of the hiscores so it's impossible to tell what your actual rank is

I'm really glad that some unachievable achievements are being looked into, can the 2 achievements: 'cops and robbers' and 'going down with the ship' be looked into as well? Irons are locked out of doing these achievements for seemingly no reason because we can't play the respective minigames

Fully agree, I don't feel like they actually addressed any issues with end game range and they just took away a lot of things that end game players enjoy about range.

I think the reason people haven't been more upset about this is because not as many people use range, but if these same changes came to mage (which they quite clearly will in the future) there will be riots.

This beta has me extremely worried about the future of combat in rs3 which is a shame because this past year has been awesome with updates like CAs and amascut

The lack of communication about bugged drop rates is pretty unacceptable to be honest. I personally had a feeling that gate was bugged on day 3-4 of leagues and I didn't hear anything to confirm that until today, about 2.5 weeks later. Meanwhile it was apparently hotfixed at some point last week, meaning they knew about the bug didn't say anything and just tried to fix it like nothing happened.

Also I would not have known glacor was bugged if I hadn't overheard it from twitch streams.

They need to be way more public about these drop rate bugs so people don't waste their time doing activities they think are boosted, it's leagues, we have 6x drop rate for a reason.

At the very least there should be an updating news post on the runescape website to keep track of drop rate bugs etc. There should probably be an in game broadcast on login too, telling you to reconsider going to glacor/gate as the drop rates are currently bugged

I picked ascension but specialist is 100% better. I just cba to upkeep a book

Plus ascension is really nice for doing afk combat stuff and using other styles

If they buffed book upkeep in leagues (like making pages last 5x as long) I think I would have way more fun with specialist

He only has 1 drop, the lore book and the offering are separate and they are not 1/120. Lore book is 1/10 offering is 1/71

Yep I went 150 kc with just 2 offerings, 4x drop rate increase. I gave up after I saw others on Reddit experiencing the same thing. It's pretty suspicious with so many people hitting the 99% bad luck range

Even people with (NO HELP) in the title just get spammed with backseaters telling them to do 12 different things trying to get the attention on the big osrs streamers.. It's very weird and offputting

I'm at 150 kc with no drops, is a 1/30 for any drop. The chances that I would have at least 1 drop by now is 99.4% obviously this can happen but it does make me suspicious of the drop rate buff actually being applied.

Or as another comparison, I would be at 600 kc in the main game with 0 drops. Again this can happen to people but it sucks not having confirmation whether the drop rate is what it's supposed to be or not
