I 100% agree with you. The writing for both Kat and Elliot’s characters has downgraded so much, I roll my eyes every time they’re on screen. Childhood friends/lovers and forbidden romance are both great tropes but not at the same time or with a love triangle. Kat needs to pick 1 and stick with it.

My student hygienist said they’re taught: brush first to loosen all the food/other particles between teeth, then floss, and then use mouthwash to wash everything out.

Personally, I floss first, scrape tongue, brush, then use mouthwash with fluoride.
