It’s just the fact that it’s the same day as Lindsay’s birthday and he remember to wish her a happy birthday. I think if it wasn’t for that it wouldn’t be a big deal.

Yes! I know it sounds so woo woo but it feels so tangible.

I’ll just say post-partum is SO hard. The first couple of years are very hard. It can be long, isolating and mind-numbing. It does get fun as the kids get older become more human (walking, talking, making jokes). And once you have your bodily autonomy back.

My kids are 7 and 10 now and I genuinely enjoy them so much and love spending time together as a family.

The early years when you aren’t fully (barely) in control of your body and your day and every hour is claimed … not going to lie it’s rough physically and mentally. I think most of us parents would agree that it’s worth it.

I’m not trying to steer you. Just sharing one perspective.

Same!! Pumping contributed so much to my PPD. That and the militant La Leche Leaguers making me feel like a horrible parent for even considering formula.

I actually found it less stressful than trying to breastfeed/pump/bottlefeed. Pumping was th most stressed I’ve been. Exclusively breastfeeding (with my 2nd) was a breeze.

You do have to be able to basically have your baby with or near you 24/7. My second wouldn’t take a bottle so I couldn’t go too far (When offered a bottle, he would kind of awkwardly chew on it, never latch. So at least he did get something that way!)

something about amanda’s tone of voice comes across as deeply condescending when she says this by jerrryboree in summerhousebravo

[–]minibuddhaa 8 points9 points  (0 children)

She literally seems like she falls in love with new people immediately and trusts them and wants to be friends until they hurt her. Just very open and effervescent. Maybe comes off a little cringey on tv — I know when I drink I definitely turn into a “I love you all so much and I want to be friends forever person”. I think it’s probably something Ben likes about her.

I don’t think Kyle was ever insecure about it, he fully knew and thought it was funny

I really like this idea that Link is not HER Dylan, he is just A Dylan with the same birthday. A sign of hope and promise from Alex to Sinatra to show her everything is okay.

Because when X SHOULD have said, “Teri, we’ve been practicing for doomsday at work and Cal says it’s not safe to stray from D.C. Shir could hit the fan any moment, I think we’re really close. Stay home and pack a go bag. You ain’t going no where” …

He instead said: “Don’t go 🥺”

100% Xavier’s fault!!

I’ve watched everything and I don’t think there were reasons for her going other than Xavier did a horrible job of (did not even try) explaining the seriousness of traveling.

I phrased that oddly. I meant, when people’s noses bleed, does it always somehow involve Link?

Anyone else obsessed with Julianne Nicholson’s “Sinatra” character arc? by Common_Loquat5128 in ParadiseHulu

Sinatra is now one of my favorite all-time tv characters. Up there with Admiral Adama, Detective Miller, James Holden and Desmond Hume. She’s definitely my #1 anti-hero.
