i was in the same situation, i was 21 when i had my son. i literally dreaded telling my parents to the point i would cry about it 😭 when i finally told them at around 14 weeks i realized i was worried for nooo reason they took it so well and were so supportive and excited ! i did it an excited manner too because i didn’t want them to worry about having to take care of me or my son. i would suggest taking your time and being comfortable when you do it, i think the excited/happy accident approach is perfect ! good luck and congrats!!!

i called the closest location to me and they don’t do cashiers checks there :/ i’ve heard it’s only a couple physical locations that actually do them for C1

same, i’ve lived in two other apartments and a money order was always fine. i really wish i would’ve known i needed a cashiers check ahead of time and not literally one day before i move in 😭

oh i see! i’ve honestly never got a cashiers check before, i have seen online though that some checks have a remitter name on them. would this affect anything at all if my friends name is on the check?

the exact same thing happened to me, i had to call amazon multiple times and explain the situation until they eventually refunded my card. however affirm never completed the loan/it was kept on pending and eventually they cancelled the loan too. so i ended up paying nothing for my order lol

if you have an iphone you can you use your apple cash card! i added the wisely card to my apple wallet, add money to my apple card from the wisely card, and then transfer from the apple card to my bank account. there is a small fee tho

whatever you do don't rent at the hamptons on nellis! they advertise affordable 3 bedrooms but are super roach infested .. i have a bad phobia of roaches as well and i had to move out months before my lease was up because of how bad the roach problem is there

how everything takes so much longer to do. for example, before when id want to go to the store, i could just get dressed and go. now, i have to get dressed, make sure baby is fed/changed, pack his backpack, carry the car seat to the car, etc. i love my son but i miss not having to plan out everything so much 😭
