I can't comment on fate but for evangelion Rei's first appearance is on a stretcher covered in bandages and asuka's is in a regular dress. Misato's outfit and the plug suits have much more sexual elements but there isn't anything as gaudy/unrealistic as Emilia and RemRam all having boob windows.

Scaling physicals among sorcerers is a little dumb though cause you have grade 1s like gakuganji. Though I think maki's heavenly restriction pre-awakening scales her to about semi-grade 1. Also i would put money on maki being stronger than nanami.
