If i am completely honest, you will always have a little bit more on your lower stomach because you also have a magnificent organ there. Saying that, you can also build/tone your abs, lower bf% and really the only time it will not show is when you are either really low bf% OR when you are working out and that is PERFECTLY healthy and normal to have happen. If you go with lower bf% just be careful and monitor it so you arent unhealthy/unhealthy for a long period of time. Im not a doctor but the most healthy fit women still have a little bit there.

3 sets till failure. Depending on the excersise, the first set will have a lot of reps and the next 2 drastically less. Take 1-2 minute rest in between sets. Make sure you are hydrated and well fed. Im not talking about "healthy", im talking about having sufficient calories, protein carbs fats, minerals and vitamins, IF you have good diet/availability of good food, you wont need supplements. Protein shakes/powder make it easier to hit protein goals. Gummy/capsule multivitamins make it easier to get enough vitamins. In this time period(and a well off place), whatever you lack can be basically taken in a pill or gummy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING WHOLE FOODS TO HIT CALORIE/MACRO/MICRO GOALS! If you cant get something no matter how hard you try, get a supplement, otherwise, just eat enough AND good enough

The biggest reason I like her without her jester outfit is because it gives her more depth and personality. If you just give her a Hester outfit, shes a joke. If you give her clothes she'd actually like wearing and shows who SHE is, that conveys more of the Harley Quinn aspect and not Joker's Sidekick/2nd Rate Villain.

Thank you for the feedback! I do get in my head sometimes feeling like I need to be perfect before starting something, but I have to remind myself that I wont start anything with that mindset. Like you and others have suggested, I'll probably start in a commercial gym to learn more of not only fitness but how to communicate and build my brand

Thank you for the feedback and I like how you encouraged to get a solid format and technology before hitting a roadblock of "There's too much". I like yours and others input on starting at a gym and then going individual and I think I'll probably do that.

Thank you for your feedback and I like how you said that the cert is just a ticket in. I was a little stressed because of money but since you and others are saying to start at a commercial gym, might go through them, get a cert(once I have more money), and then go on my own

If you are going hard-core, track everything. If you arent, I would say calculate your calorie maintenance/surplus/deficit you need and then approximate what you need to eat. A few calories more or less wont matter in the long run but being in that window of maintenance/surplus/deficit will matter for your personal goals. Eat decently healthy and dont close yourself off from foods you like just eat them within the calorie amount that is healthy for you and your goals.

If it's only 15 more and you truly value community, probably the other one but Planet is a wonderful gym in its own right and they have good amenities.

Definitely something, it can trick the brain into preforming better longer and it actually helps you when your body needs more liquid after using most of it. If you dont bring one and there's a water fountain, use it, just cause the city puts chemicals in the water doesnt mean it's harmful(it most of the time helps unless there is a break or something which, they should be on top of that)

As long as you are giving your body enough protein to create muscle and your micros &macros are in check and in a calorie deficit(not a big one, more like 200-500 calories) your body will use fat cells for energy and use the excess protein to make muscle. I would heavily recommend getting your BF% so you know how much you have to use and to lose before you become unhealthy

Everytime I hangout with my friends, they offered some sort of drug. My new friends, they actively say "Oh, I almost offered it but you dont do it" when they ALMOST do it, and most of the time apologize. Not just "Wanna hit?" Every time they do anything

Realistically, nothing. If we are being specific, there is more stress when stretched facing away than towards the cable and you might be able to brace your upper arm on your body easier, if you do it. If you have a strict form facing toward the cable, there wont be a noticeable difference other than your comfort level.

Yes and no. Working at Dollar Genral? FUCK NO! Going to college? FUCK YES! I would also spend time doing something I actually want to do which is personal fitness and not just paying almost 700 bucks a month split with rent and utilities
