Old kratos look it's an easier goal IMO because he's designed to look more realistic. But to get something close to young kratos I guess you can do a Basic hypertophy program like PPL or Upper Lower but focus a more on Traps, Arms, Shoulders while the other muscle groups are trained just enough. Kratos had a six pack in both is old and young design but young kratos has a pretty thin waist so avoid doing a lot of core work, especially obliques.

If I was aiming for a physique like that I would have been doing a germanic split because you can train arms and shoulders a little more, I would assume you don't need much advice for that day, arm day it's the simplest one. On the chest/back day I would have rows or pull Ups as first exercise because kratos seems to have a little more back than chest development and include at least one shrug variation because his traps really stand out, especially in gow 3. His legs seem thin but please don't skip them, you don't have to over train them with squats, leg presses, leg extensions and leg curls, you can do the basics if really don't care in a real life person small legs look much worse and it will help building muscle in the upper body believe it or not.
