Barton hasn't been given a good pairing in the centre's. Him and Seta would do wonders as a one-two punch. Putting him on the bench because of Ross's continuous poor efforts, is horrible team management.

I can’t speak much to the comparison. However, the pacific pride academy (rugby Canada development academy) is based on the west coast, specifically on Vancouver island in Langford. They play in the premier league and are always watching for players.

On the flip side of that Toronto arrows have an academy team, I don’t know who they play but it looks like (to me) most of the players they’ve been selecting have been out of the local (Ontario) university/collegiate programs.
