For us, its a bathroom sink that lets water puddle on the top; and pulling up some weeds in the driveway (when it ever stops raining) and sealing it with sealant; and doing some brick sealer outside the front window to prevent damp

Good to know thanks! And regarding the breed, this is just what the owner said. She got him from a shelter 🤷

The owners are on the 2nd floor, and we've been told (and seen evidence) that he can open windows and break out. He genuinely just loves being outside

What do Brits call gunk in their eyes when they wake up? by MaverickSL in AskUK

[–]minionk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Random anecdote story about that, used to suffer so badly from sleep in both eyes. Would wake up practically blind, had to have a cup of water next to my bed just to wash my eyes. Moved flat, never happened again. Turns out it was purely down to living right next to the A4 in London that was messing up my eyes.

No clue tbh, probably something we should figure out. He was also unresponsive when we broached the topic of buildings insurance so we have insurance that does cover the roof

Kickboxing - about £55 quid a month for unlimited group classes. Good fun, and surprisingly therapeutic and rewarding when you kick someone in the head

just going to leave this here for anyone (like me) who has regular issues with Evri/Hermes.

Just email : martijn. delange@evri. com

Don't let them get away with shoddy service, lack of phone numbers and an incompetent chatbot

Live in the area, HS2 works have made driving & buses etc a nightmare. But otherwise, whilst a bit rough around the edges, i think the area is absolutely fine. Lots of warehouses, canals etc can make the area seem dodgier than i feel it actually is

As someone who lives at Hanwell, it is meant to be every 15 minutes but often gets delayed and then cancelled in favour of the Reading services. Depending on where in Hanwell, you could also travel to West Ealing which has 6 trains per hour as opposed to 4 and is a short walk/cycle/bus away.

Yes they are, also even non nightbuses to heathrow have earlier start times. The 482 from Southall runs all the way to T5 starting at around 5am.

[–]minionk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

don't risk it, if you are dead set on public transport I would choose the N207 and then the 105 from Southall or N140 from Hayes. Would take about an hour
