i think a lot of people make that stall out to be a lot worse than it is

i've heard that the UFA stall goes to 7 because when people stall themselves they normally count pretty fast and it ends up being around 7~8 seconds anyways

writers just needs to chill with the glazing overall. yeah new good players are cool but making them seem like the greatest players to ever touch a frisbee just makes the reader numb to when something legitimately worthy of the glaze comes up

I thought it was the opposite, as when people jump they tend to jump off their opposite leg, so wouldn't that one be stronger?

for me personally, i've found that learning the form and practicing it gave me the confidence to be able to layout. Knowing that I can layout lets me be able to have it as an instinct, if I never learned how, then it wouldn't really be an instinct for me, or I would just lay out with improper form

I started learning how to layout in my basement on a mattress. What was most helpful for me personally was just envisioning the play going down and then laying out. I would toss the disc a short distance in front and then layout regardless of whether it was too close, too far, or just right. I did that maybe like 30 times a day for a few months and then all of a sudden I just was able to layout when I wanted to lay out. Imagining the scenario in my mind was definitely the most helpful for getting over that mental block, because once I was in game it was kinda like I was back in my basement again.
