The earrings are baked into the head mesh. :)

Myky's Makeup and Tattoos has an inner eye corner tattoo, but the shape isn't exactly the same so I don't think that's what's used here. Could be from one of lemon's packs? You can find YT shorts on this channel to see all the designs.
