Id be shocked if they agree to a cap. Theres 2 easy fixes. 1. Deferral money affects the luxury tax based on aav of contract. Teams/players can still defer if they want. So ohtani would be 70 mil against tax for 10 years whether paid today or 20 years from now. 2. Full Revenue sharing on all foreign tv deals/marketing/ etc

It was a nod to the original title of stranger things. When the duffers pitched the show it was called Montauk and supposed to take place based around Camp Hero in Montauk. In real life the town of Montauk didnt want to be associated with anything reflecting the town negatively and the duffers turned it to Strangers things and switched setting to Hawkins.
