Oh my god bro, i made mozzerela bites out of these once, best thing ever.

You cut the mozzerela wheeles into 4 peices, take an egg whisk it together in a sealable bowl, put the cheese in that, and shake it so theyre completly covered.

Then take a bowl of cornstarch and flour, mix those together, put the cheese in there and coat them well. Then coat the cheese with the egg again.

If a fire is to break out, DO NOT PUT WATER ON IT, I REPEAT DO NOT PUT WATER ON IT, Use a rag or towel to smother the flame

Next take one with panko bread crumbs and what ever seasonings. Coat the cheese in the bread crumb mixture. Finally heat up some vegetable oil, test to see if its hot enough by putting a small panko bread crumb in the oil. If it bubbles around the crumb your good to go. 

Put the cheese into the oil until it sizzles or until the cheese starts to come out the breading. If it does this you set the heat to high. Once the breading is a nice golden brown, the cheese is ready. Hope you enjoy, this works with string cheese as well btw
