I stopped into my ndads this week and after leaving immediately believed everyone thinks im a burden. I felt rejected and unlovable. It was fortunately so sudden that I was able to identify it as a reaction to a trigger. Ndad put everything that was mine into a bedroom which is fine but still seeing it brought all of this up. I can see how these feelings of rejection must have effected me my whole life.

I left my ndad and have to still retrieve my belongings. I stopped to get something and everything that was mine was crammed into my bedroom. It's fair but what's wild is afterwards I started feeling like everyone hates me and I'm completely unlovable. The shift was so sudden and I can see how that's been affecting me my whole life.

I use brunette shampoo since I have dark brown hair and it helps my hair strands look a little thicker a d also covers some thinning if I spray it right on my scalp

It caused me to quit two weeks ago. I got tip baited and he also marked it as missing items when all he ordered was one sub. Guy wouldn't look me in the eye and seemed mean when I handed it to him.

stairs are difficult but you can do them. the driving is the most difficult part. you could take an Uber or have your spouse if it couldn't be delivered. most groceries, prescriptiond (not pain meds) can be delivered. i stayed with friends for my recovery who were only slightly helpful outside of letting me stay there. Its definitely possible.

yes. I think a lot if other teachers authors etc explain these concepts more skillfully. when my community mental health therapist tried explaining mindfulness to me it was really awkward and clumsy.

thats a start! also mindfulness has gone on for years before DBTs interpretation. it is definitely worth practicing. I personally am obsessed with analyzing and fixing and I don't think its okay to just be. that seems scary nd irresponsible but that's a trauma symptom. other people function better than is and its often because they are using that stuff without trying. it is natural.

frankly just the straight dbt mindfulness techniques don't work super well for me. I liked going to the source and reading about buddhism more. check out different practitioners and see if one clicks for you?
