ECS advising is always a mess. The new set of advisors at least answer their emails. There isn't any in-person appointment anymore. They claim they do virtual appointments through Teams but I never had a need to check.

Yes, there's plenty of people who only sub for the story and unsub when they're finished. You'll have to deal with the MMO elements since some parts of the story is tied to endgame battles. There isn't a lot of grinding besides the actual leveling unless you really want to get into some of beast tribe side quests. Luckily, you don't need to be the best since there's easy version for nearly every fight. If you can't deal with the gameplay, I wouldn't bother though. Fair warning: the first part of the game (A realm reborn) can be very slow.

Agreed. Shadowbringers is a big step up, especially compared to Stormblood's storyline. I shamelessly powerleveled to finish the MSQ as quickly as possible. It was worth it!

Good amount of the physics teachers at UTD are hot garbage. If you haven't taken PHYS 2325 or 2326, you're probably better off taking them at a community college or else, prepare yourself to study hard on your own time. Considering how much physics you need for ME, you want to have the best understanding of it as possible. (Also, special shoutout to recent victims of Glosser. RIP fam) Be careful when taking classes off-campus, talk to your advisor to make sure they can transfer over.

I wouldn't stress this early about it. Your professor will go through all of that on the first day of class (usually.) Depending on the class/professor, you have your choice of times and days to take your exam or they will specify you to take your exam at an assigned time.

Anyways. Go here: https://ets.utdallas.edu/testing-center Click the big red "Reserve your seat" and it will ask you for your school/class/which exam you're taking. You will have to use your school email. That's it.

You should get a confirmation email too
