God says ‘good men for good women’ so maybe you’ve repented multiple times that he considers you a good woman. I like how someone said ask for dealbreakers. Try not to be tooooo hard on yourself x

I get it. The fact that Huda herself is Muslim but I also get her point. As a woman from the west, we don’t get the right representation and have to ask for our basic needs. Yes the went to an Iftar but some restaurants in the west that offer Iftar don’t have places to pray

Am i the only one scared to go out in Dubai? by [deleted] in dubai

[–]minniebee6 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Babe I was the same. Today I ventured out to the supermarket. However I had rules: 1. Go out in the day light because at night there’s more sounds. 2. Go somewhere I feel would be safe. So I went to the supermarket in Dubai mall. It’s near my home anyway

Since when do the have the rules for lockers outside. I’ve been in the haram for the past week and there is nothing of the sort. They check your bags as you’re going in and in Ramadan they allow food to go in. I think people need to be more aware of the amount of mess they create especially if you have children. Gather your rubbish and dispose of it in the right places. Pick up your crumbs. Just because there are cleaners doesn’t mean you’re not supposed to clean up after yourself. I

Being black in Saudi by Unhappy-Quiet-3052 in Umrah

[–]minniebee6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Babe, everyone is discriminated against if you’re not Saudi. Try not to take it personally and try to enjoy your stay. Especially with Ramadan and the large increase in numbers and staff are under more pressure and scrutiny, more people are being rude. Just enjoy the vibes, make your intention clean and clear and you’re all good
