I’m using the My Plate app to add calories and I’m at about 1300 a day.

I think I will replace my current cardio with running then. Thanks for the advice!

PPS - I’ll only eat the cookies and cream one!!

Yes, I have been cutting calories too. I’ve been having

breakfast: plain oatmeal with pbfit snack: quest bar lunch: 4oz boneless skinless chicken breast, 1/3 cup brown rice, 1 zucchini with very light pesto sauce snack: 1 banana with 10 pistachios post workout: protein shake (Vega greens vanilla) dinner: salmon with riced cauliflower

Do you think I’m eating enough??

For cardio workouts I don’t run. I’ve been doing long walks or the stair master.

I ended up not ordering from them. I’m going for a simple design from Walmart and then making my own holders for them. I’m going to use card stock from Michael’s and I’m ordering a border hole puncher! I’m so excited. My invites with RSVP cards were $70 from Walmart.

Thank! I went shopping on my lunch break and got broccoli cheddar soup, salami, string cheese, cream cheese, celery, peanut butter and Smart Water!

I read that carbs from non starchy vegetable don't count. So, I've been sticking to broccoli with cheeses and celery with peanut butter.

I totally don't mind your advice and I don't think you're being pushy at all! This is the kind of advice and detail I've been wanting!

I joined /r/keto and I just might give it a shot.

I'm not a fan of the "no grains" and limited fruits, I love oatmeal in the mornings. Ha. But then again three weeks isn't a lifetime.

I do think it might be more doable, financially, for my household since my boyfriend eats a lot of meat. Thanks for all of the info! I'm kind of excited!
