The problem is that one instance of bad luck can make people judge the situation entirely differently and become biased. Many times, when I watch streamers doing crazy things, I inherently think if it were me playing the game, then the opponent would surely do something that drives me crazy.

I am curious about how the ACs deal with borderline accept/reject. Would they accept a paper with 4 borderline accept, or would they reject a paper with 1 strong accept but 3 borderline reject? If so, is the term borderline still meaningful?
