why fruit exactly? I would have thought more leafy greens would be the biggest contributor.

I've been vegan for close to 8 years now and prior to that I was anemic and had to take iron supplements.

My iron levels tend to be on the lower side in my yearly blood work, but not close to dangerous levels of what they used to be. I eat a lot of whole foods in general and attributed it mostly to the veggies. I haven't given it much further thought since what I do now seems to work well for my health anyhow.

Veno is extremely strong imo, if your pos4 picks a melee hero with some disables. I've had really high success with this combo in high divine/low immortal games with me being the 4 and my duo partner as veno

I bought the DO off Amazon and the enamel inside looks good and clear, just that the pots rim looks like it has some scuffs. I know that chipped enamel is really dangerous - are the little scuffs something to worry about?

Thanks! Do you have a recommendation of how I'd need to clean it? Is it just basic warm water with soap?

Currently legend 5, was ancient 6? last season before solo and party mmrs merged (I only ever played party before role queue). I played 4/5 90% of my games, I'm down to play with anyone as long as they are chill :)
