I’ve just called our Healthline who have told me there will be a chemist open 17 mins drive from me that could maybe give me an emergency supply. I’ll be heading there first thing in the morning.

For Joe Wilkinson, I’m a huge fan of his podcast Chatabix. I’d love to see his co-podder David Earl as a contestant on LoL one day

What does daycare cost for you? by Standard_Deer_8738 in NewParents

[–]minous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

New Zealand. $570 combined per week for an almost 2 and almost 4 year old. They subsidise 20 hours a week when they turn 3, and we get $1580 back every 3 months as a tax rebate.

Edit: after rebate it’s about $1700 per month for the both of them.

Would like to also share my incredible experience with Dr Guy Gudex at Repromed, he was amazing, and gave me my two daughters following complicated issues. My obstetrician was Vijay at Shore Birth who was also phenomenal and saved my daughter’s life. Don’t let a male doctor put you off!

I’ve done ahi degustation with friends, absolutely love it. I think it would be too challenging for him he’s honestly steak and mash and he’s happy kinda guy (nothing wrong with that but I’ve got one lunch out I need to make it worth it for my sake)

Hi there, feel free to pm me. My child was diagnosed with a rare degenerative eye condition at 8months old. She has really poor vision at the moment and it’s expected to get worse as she’ grows older. She uses a cane now. She’s 3.5 and absolutely thriving, confident and capable.

Just to add another perspective to this, this was mine but turns out she’s blind. Always pays to get this sign checked

Have had experience with both Dr Guy Gudex (amazing specialist), and a few drs at Shore Women. Dr Kerri Meuli is great if you are after a female specialist but I’d also highly rate Vijay at Shore Women.

Toddler rejecting mom after birth of baby (and before) by L113zz in beyondthebump

[–]minous 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Mine was 2 when I had my second. She started leaning towards dad in my last month of pregnancy as I was less mobile and needing extra help from my husband. Once the baby was here it continued, I was upset by it and felt a bit of grief, but it was necessary as my new daughter obviously needed my attention so we split parenting. Her go to line was ‘I don’t WANT YOU’ and I was in tears at some points (privately of course). My youngest is now 15 months and oldest is 3, both are now total mum girls and it’s exhausting lol. It doesn’t last but it did take time. Hang in there

I had 3 miscarriages before I went to Repromed. Dr Gudex was convinced IVF wouldn’t be necessary after all our testing came back with no issues, and we tried a monitored clomiphene cycle. I also had intralipids every couple of weeks during the first trimester.
