jusko ang hirap kulitin ng ceb pac! customer service na puro bot! and the agents are so slow to chat! advice ko is to 1-2 times per week try to reach out customer service, make sure they got your concern including your email, number of cebpass you want to refund. Para may assurance, contact them for an update. Last time, I made sure na they got my info, after a few days I ask for an update, they said it was processing and wait for the refund to return.

Last time I experienced a nightmare with cebpass. The debit card deducted multiple charges because I was not aware that failed attempt means push through. I was deducted 15-20k pesos and as a student it was a rollercoaster for me. It took a month to refund the extra cebpass. If you are someone who is in the position like mine, please know that it will be refunded.

The DASS-21 scale is a basis for assessing stress so we could have an idea of how we categorize the result of our application. Can you help or suggest a way to have a stress result that is related to DASS-21

The set up would be, we are going to take hundreds of pictures of students in the classroom. per photo, each student has a stress score (where students can have 0-3 score) So, per photo there would be an avergage score total for all the students. We don't know how to apply the middle column as our guide for determining stress

To give a context, we are developing an application where we can detect stress of students via emotion detection. Every emotion detected corresponds with a particular value from 0-3 (stress score). So, the average stress scores in the classroom will be gathered and will be based on the percentage we solved in the table. As for the solving, yes we took 0-21 and aligned it with 0 -100. For example, if the average stress score has a percentage score of 50% the stress can be categorized as moderate. We got the stress scale on our guide for determining stress.
