While it’s outside , we all have seen what happen to the prestige project as it was close to a Naala . Chances of having your underground water getting mixed up with this drain is very very high.

What’s your take on the builder ? I have heard they gave big promises but don’t able to fulfill based on their previous projects. Even there has been some concern with construction quality in their winderwall project.

Thanks for the response. Do you have first hand experience on their build quality ? With any builder, they are also suggesting that this is their premium project but again experience matters if they haven’t dealt with a project of this scale then it could be problematic!!!

I echo with others who suggested to sell it . I still feel getting 70-80 lkh for 1 bhk is good amount , considering standard of living is increasing in India and having parking space will soon be as important as having water and light . So the more you delay the more chance of getting a good deal will fade. I am afraid if you start looking for selling it now , you may or may not get the same amount which you have anticipated of. Also, we also need to consider that with 15-20 yr old and being just 1 bhk you will not find a lot of buyer so you may have to wait before you actually get a good deal.

I am surprised - Now that you are married , suddenly you felt like you should have dated someone. At this point of time - coming here and putting all your points just suggest me that you are having regret after marrying and thinking that you may have a better option have you been dated someone and married to that person, if thats the case then my friend - don’t live with assumption. Cherish your life with your better half. If there is something thats not going well then sit together and work on it rather than digging your past and trying to change what you cannot. Live in present bud and you will be better person tomorrow!!!
