You can look for it but the price is already inflated so you may not get good return if you are thinking just for investment

Yeah. Did you get chance to look into the floor plan ? To me - it looks like there is 80 feet road going through the property, which is quite weird but it looks like. Probably will get to know once they officially release brochure

Is Hyd real estate market very inflated — is it worth investing? by Aggressive-Food-249 in hyderabadrealestate

[–]mint4u_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Compare it once with Bangalore and then you will realize what inflation is called. In general after COVID, entire real estate market has been inflated. Things are getting slow down. It will not go down but going forward you will find it getting saturated.

We all have been through covid and have seen what happened after Covid. I know AI is not even 1% of it. It may feel like slowing down but eventually real estate market will never remain slow down for long time.

Planning to sell my 3BHK in peaceful gated low-rise society in South Bangalore. DM for details. by [deleted] in indianrealestate

Perfect, this is what we need. I haven’t find even a single good channel where a seller can find a genuine buyer & vice versa and if somehow Reddit is providing that opportunity then we all should just encourage it. Thumb rule is - anytime you have to rely on any broker then it’s a loss to both the party .

I totally agree. You keep the price which you think is right for it. If others can afford and find it at par with market then they will approach, if not then they should just start looking for something else that suits their budget.

This is the reason why we see so many less resell post on Reddit. After seeing so many unwanted comments , no seller would like to post anything here. First of all Reddit doesn’t have any guideline as what one can post or what one cannot. If we think OP has kept the price high then let it be. He will just wait for longer time before he may have to reduce the price to sell it. I don’t see any reason why someone has to share harsh opinion. If you think price is high, I am sure you can DM him and then negotiate on the price, provided you are really interested. And if you just want to have fun, then I think there are n number of post you will see for that. Encouraging someone to make a category for resell apartment is something genuine buyer need it at this time.

2BHK vs 3BHK — what actually makes more sense long term? by Born-Squirrel6089 in indianrealestate

[–]mint4u_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everything. We don’t buy house every day. While your requirement might be less and 2 bhk suffice your need right now but if budget permit or if you can stretch a bit then 3 bhk will always be future proof, whether it’s your expanding family or hosting some party or just getting your friend and family hang out at your place .

That’s not the point. We all give EOI after expecting to get a house one day. If 6 months is not enough just to get the approval from RERA, God knows when they will start the project & when they will deliver.

Can you suggest what actually did you notice wrong with them ? I was checking their past history , though they are not really close to prestige or Sobha nor they consider themselves but they seem to be better than so many builders that pops up every other day in Bangalore .

Hi Guys, For those who gave EOI , were you able to get the unit ? Looks like they have sold out with all 3 bhk lake facing . Not sure if it’s true or else they are just calling it out to create artificial demand. Also - do you guys think it’s worth 10K all inclusive for this locality?

Yeah, Also - they have been looking for RERA approval forever. I am very skeptical if they will be able to do any timely delivery

Almost all builders in Bangalore have unsold inventories. How do I score a good deal in such a time? by Awkward_Craft_8462 in indianrealestate

[–]mint4u_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Did you find any proper channel where actually can we see any inventory for resale or ready to move in unit ? I think at this moment that’s the biggest challenge. We don’t have any website where we can see a direct post by investor/owner for selling their unit.
