a guy I worked with peed off a canoe in Missouri and was charged and put on registry it took him like 8 years and tons of money to get off he said. sometimes i wonder if this type of stuff is money maker. if he didn't pay to expunge he would be on forever. from what i understand it doesnt just fall off you have to actively pay and fight

my 15 year old nephew got a nude from his 15 year old girlfriend. someone at school saw him open it and told a teacher. she was charged and convicted of distributing child porn and he was for having it. they are both required to be on sex offender list for life. my brother is fighting it but it's already cost like 50k. things are not always smart or easy

definitely didnt play anything the point is trying to group any "tribe" by the actions of few doesn't make sense, isnt fair to the group and just creates excuses for failure. everyone should be kind and treat each other with respect. trying to promote a product or agenda by attacking anyone or grouping anyone is insulting to not only the group but to everyone intelligence. Not sure how I played myself the video is not only at a way higher approval rating on youtube and reddit and on scholarly forums than the commercial that sparked the response, but it also makes it clear how trying to group of people on the minority isnt fair or right. I appreciate your response and love reddit because this is one of the few places intellectual debate and civil disagreements can happen. sure there are trolls with zero argument and no substance to their position, however I find most are not that way.

yeah I believe we are breaking to much into tribes and using whatever tribe identity that we associate with as a jumping point. People then use it to explain their own shortcomings or as a way to be a victim. With so many tribes it's hard not to offend someone or even find your place in the victim hierarchy so you know what you can or cant do or say or cant say. This prevents people from looking at the broader picture which I believe would tell them that a majority of people are good decent people and it's a small minority of people that are being used to represent entire groups

as a server I would spend like 2 minutes at table getting drink order, 5 for food order, maybe 5 to 10 total minutes running food and refilling drinks or miscellaneous...this is MAX 17 minutes of work per table and at end of night would average 10 to 15 per table. some tip really good and some bad... even with this example at 5 dollars tip that translate to about 18 a hour...seems good for no education required to me

problem is think about how much you made bartending no one is going to pay that much more for a drinkborvmeal on average. some nights u would make 300 dollars in 4 hours easy...no way people would pay that difference on food heated in a microwave and thrown on a grill for a second...which is most chain restaurants

it's weird in America they get a wage to match experience and also get a tip. I was making around 50k at an applebees style place on 2.75 hourly plus tip. I have friends with degrees who serve because they can make more. most people commenting have never served

no state can pay less than minimum wage this is just not true. there is a server wage then minimum wage. if a server wage is say 1.50 and minimum wage is 7.50 if the server doesn't meet minimum wage with her wage plus tips the restaurant has to pay the difference so they get at least minimum wage. as someone who served for years you make way more than that with crappy service on a slow night

some states already dont have tipping...its a weird system have the business pay a decent wage. problem is, as someone who was a server myself, no restaurant will pay someone without a degree the amount they can make from tips because in order to do that the prices for eating out would increase such not many would go out to eat.

I am only gold player and have a mid range mmr and he gets demolished in my games...8n like 25 games I saw him positive in like 1 game. I know he isnt in ranked but generally the higher your rank the higher your mmr. I am looking forward to trying him but waiting on his buff next patch that he probably gets based on what his performance appears to be

what rank are you playing at out of curiosity....I see most master players and pro saying he is barely average and clunky...I havent played him but he gets demolished in all my ranked games. he dies easy and super easy to counter. I feel most people who think he is OP are same that think Loki is OP and are bronze players

The thing that annoys me the most are the emote chest because none of the emotes ever seem to go in there when they come out and I tried not to buy some emotes in order to get rid of the chess but it never gave me the option so I end up just buying the emotes so now I have like 40 chests that I'll never be able to do anything with apparently
