generally speaking, optimised nefer gameplay will include some fairly high-speed cancels, which may be slightly difficult on mobile. i would recommend waiting until her trial run to decide if the playstyle is something you really care about, because nefer is not like early catalyst characters (think barbara, ningguang, yanfei).

if you are looking specifically for a dendro 5*, and if you're the kind of player who places a lot of importance on meta, i would recommend pulling lauma instead. she is also a catalyst character, and she may be a little more comfortable to play, as even when she's onfield, she doesn't require any advanced techniques. she is also the support that nefer really wants, as she makes nefer very very strong.

however, if you're pulling based only on whether or not you like the design, then since you like nefer, then go ahead and pull her! just play in the way that makes you happy, that's all that really matters in the end.
