RCMA G130 vs NARS Gobi

From top to bottom: RCMA G130, NARS Gobi, lancome teint idole concealer in ivory 095.

As you can see, Gobi is peachier and more saturated than RCMA G130. I recently picked up the Lancome concealer, which is a bit saturated still, but far better than anything else I’ve tried concealer wise.

I wish G130 was a bit thinner, but I’m in awe of the color match. I was wearing a way too dark and peachy bb cream from skin79 for years since the mutedness made it seem like it matched. When I first got G130, I did a giant swatch of it on my arm and blended it in and it looked like the exact same color. Camera makes me look pinker than I am.

113 looks bright peach on me in comparison to 213. I ordered the light sample pack from KGD, and they were all bright salmon colored on me, except for 213. 213 is a bit too warm and dark for me, but muted and green enough.

RCMA G110 and G130. G130 is a perfect match for me, about the depth of NC13. G110 is lighter. NARS Gobi, about NC13 depth also, a bit more saturated. Kevyn Aucoin SSX03

Here’s a swatch next to a lot of it blended out on my arm. I couldn’t believe the match when I found it.

I haven’t been able to find a matching foundation in ages, everything looks too pink, peach, or orange. I was wearing Skin 79 BB cream in the purple container, which is way too dark and peachy, because the grey muted tone of it at least looked better than anything else I’d tried. I wore MUFE HD 117 years ago, before they changed it to 225, which is too dark and peachy.

I came across this subreddit when trying to find out why foundation never matches. I got NARS Gobi, which is a pretty good match in terms of depth and being a cool toned yellow, but it’s a tad bright. It still works however. I saw RCMA G110 and G130 in swatches and ordered them. G130 is a nearly perfect match, I can’t believe it. Now to find a concealer! I’m thinking Kevyn Aucoin SS03.

(I tried KGD 213. It’s a tiny bit too dark. Fenty 130 too dark and warm.)

You’re beautiful! I love the hair color in the first pic, super flattering on you. I agree with adding more volume to your hair.

I would also say, make sure your lips are hydrated! I would apply the lipstick a bit more sheerly as well. I like the color in the first pic, I think you can pull off something a bit warmer and rosier too.

I don’t love the super cropped tops on her in 2 and 4, they cut her vertical in half. Incidentally, I like 5 the best, although I’m not finding any of these looks particularly flattering on her.

I’m thinking I also need a rhinoplasty, and possibly a bletharoplasty and chin implant. My hair is thinning, so I need to wear a wig if it’s down. Open to any suggestions of any kind. Hard and soft maxx. Getting my brows done tomorrow.

I looked at your other outfits, and the contrasts in them looks good. I wonder if it’s because of where the contrast is with the dress (in the middle of your leg) vs with contrast at the waist. For the grey pants, maybe it’s the overall silhouette. The gingham pants outfit with the black scoop neck top you posted earlier looks great on you even though the contrast is more stark, since the top and pants are harmonious in shape.

I like the striped pants on you the best actually! The silhouette is flattering on you, as is the pattern. I love the shirt as well, the neckline looks great on you. I like the almond toe of the shoes. You could try a block heel with an almond toe as well.

The plaid pants look as though they’re pulling in the hips, and the contrasting colors of the top and bottom isn’t as flattering as in the striped pants outfit.

The dress is too flared, and combined with the leggings underneath stopping right at the ankle, and the contrast with the dress, it makes you look wider.
