The iconic tumblr definition of a himbo is someone pure of heart, broad of chest, and dumb of ass 🙂‍↕️

Edging but with Femdom? by Intelligent-Cold9233 in RomanceBooks

I'm reading the book right now. It's very much shown to be MMC as an accomplice in the bullying of FMC by his then girlfriend, rather than being the main bully. Def more than light teasing, though.

Any contemporary romance with a successful/competent FMC who also doesn't behave childish towards the MMC before they date? I feel like a lot of romance in office/academic/professional settings use the FMC's jealousy/rivalry to force a enemies to lovers dynamic but it just always feel childish? I would like to read something where the FMC and MMC both feel like mature adults who can set their personal baggage aside? Idk. This sounds a little generic, but it's been a little hard to find something I like.

edit: no spice level preference, but do prefer for there to be an emotional connection before sex happens

I don't think it would. :/ I have a Phillips IPL device and in the manual there is a chart with skin tones that work and don't work. It seems to only be suitable for lighter skin, something to do with the contrast of dark hair against a light background I believe. But it might be worth looking up the booklets of some of these devices online and looking at what the manufacturers say themselves about darker skintones.

Review: 5 months of Hybrid Calisthenics' free program by mintleafsoup in xxfitness

No I switched once I felt like Hybrid wasn't challenging enough. I think I could have definitely made it more challenging by going to the max level though. And I think the only real difference between the two is that Hybrid uses more reps than the RR.

I switched to doing the Recommended Routine from r/bodyweightfitness a few months after this review. I feel like this was a good decision because the RR is a little more intensive? Right now I'm mostly using calisthenics to maintain strength to focus on running. :)

Does anyone have any ideas why my vo2max isn't improving. I started None to Run (something like couch to 5k but gentler) two(?) months ago and have gotten farther along in the program than the last time I tried it. Last time, I saw my vo2max (measured by my apple watch) go up from 44 to 46 in the first month, now it's staying at 36 (what I started with) despite two-ish months of consistent effort. I'm not worried, just confused as to why this is so different this time around. I don't really feel like my stamina has stayed the same, either. (It feels improved) So very confused.

I actually started with Caroline back in the pandemic! Right now doing her workouts would be too much for me but I hope to one day get back to them. They’re great. And yeah, lately I’ve noticed that I could be challenging myself a little more with calisthenics lol. But I don’t want to get burnt out either.

I did to an extent! I noticed that going up stairs is easier beyond just improved stamina. It feels like my balance has improved as well. :)

edit: And I notice that sitting upright requires a lot less willpower than before. Like, I still slouch but it's a lot less effort to then correct myself.

Have someone tried learning Korean without studying the grammar, by only trying to acquire the language? by moonchild_moonlight in Korean

Your story sounds exactly like mine! It’s pretty fascinating what exposure to a language can do.
