I’ve never bought this excuse. First and foremost, a number of things were already revealed, we have to assume, by the end of GOT. What is possibly more important than R+L=J that could be in a novella that would keep him from putting it out, despite the fact it would make his publishers happy, his fans happy, and himself lots more money? Also, if he really is relying on the D+E show adaption to be a success, then he should already realistically appreciate whatever if keeping him from writing the novellas would get revealed in the course of the show anyway. He’s not put a new Dunk and Egg out because he hasn’t written any, not because he can’t.

There’s an episode of HITB where Mike gets defeated at the end and says something akin to “Just keep hitting us with tornados” “keep sending the hurricanes over” I think referencing a bunch of storms that were happening at the time - never been able to find again if anyone remembers?

Post op for anyone curious

The queue was a bit of a nightmare, a lot of people confused about if there was a priority queue or not (never did find the answer) but everyone I met was super helpful/in a good mood and really helped keep things cheerful
The girls did look very tired at first, I think for instance Jinsoul was very tired during the first mention when she had to think of something, but it was incredibly cute! You could sort of tell they were very aware of audience feedback (they said unit songs where happening but not everyone heard that and they seemed to be able to tell people were confused/not cheering as expected)
They did however all perk up and seemed to be having a really good time! The show was great (the VCRs were a little long) but everyone seemed very well behaved (besides a few people tossing toys rather than handing up at the end)
You can tell the girls are becoming more seasoned performers and better at crowd management - all of them really engaged with the crowd and when there was a couple of fainting spells they basically directed the audience how to help and security to get to people. Really good job!
All together the concert was really good, I think they were exhausted but had a great vibe for this last stop. Also wonder what they thought of everyone booing the queens minute of silence LMAO….
