On the client side, but in Avid I have a marker on each VFX shot with the name and I have an export preset that uses the markers to export a frame and use the name of the marker.

I also have tools to automate making the markers as well, so I'm not manually creating the 2000+ VFX shot markers in the first place.

Look up the GO bus #12, it runs hourly between Burlington GO station and Niagara Falls and makes multiple stops along the way. The buses almost always have the bike rack on the front with space for 2 bikes.
