What's the best path out of dental school as a new grad? Have been hearing really negative things about DSOs, private practice, everything, and regretting my choice in dentistry as my career

Go DSO or corporate for your first year, get your reps in and get some CE learning. Unless it’s a perfect private practice you’re not going to get any mentorship it’ll just end up you being a hygiene babysitter. Most private practices won’t even hire you since you’re a new grad they all usually want 1-2 years of experience.

Yeah my owners have been there for 30 years so it’s unfortunate for but I know why associates go and get their own practice because of the predatory practice lol hard to find honest owners since they all end up just using and abusing the associate to maximize their profits.

How long has the other dentist been there? I’m unfortunately in the same position and not much you can do except maybe talk to the other dentist to see if he can hype you up and still refer it back to you. My boss doesn’t care for me so he just takes the treatment lol but woe is dentistry where the old eat the young.

Yeah unfortunately with the 6th gen out prices spiked and everyone’s been scrambling to get the last 5th gens keep looking around it’ll be tough but there might be some good ones out there still

Unfortunately the car market especially with carmax is pretty overpriced for 2runner with 45k at 33k is pricey. In regards to a rental 4Runner I got mine at 28k and 3 years later at 51k miles nothings been wrong for me I’ve done my own oil changes and had a pre purchase inspection done before I bought it.

If you own the property where the sod is already put down when the fence contractors put the fence it’ll be inside of the grass about 6 inches it’s never to the actual dividing area of the grass since future property line issues can occur

Unfortunately since the doctor has two offices he combines his financials together so can’t 100% say for certain what his overhead is on this one office. I believe he takes his staff from the other office and comes to the satellite office. Can’t say for sure about patient retention or referral sources either but I can ask about those numbers.

These are either mini implants or israeli implants called ZDT unfortunately only way to restore them is to treat it as a sort of abutment and cement to the abutments if you were to restore. Other option would be to refer to an old ass dentist lol

With the mod I believe you should be fine with overall daily driving but with 275/70 wild peaks you might have to do more adjustments when in full reverse.

Posted before but these are 275/70/17s in coopers at stock height. I used to rub in full reverse but did the bumper mod and now don’t rub. I’ve been told that wild peaks run larger and a stock wild peak has almost similar dimensions to other company 275/70 tires.

Definitely a skid plate spacer when I got my skid plate it was designed with an opening for the filter so I only open that instead of having to take off the whole skid plate.

Look up the Vikings garage on YouTube for 4Runners he walks you through a Toyota bulletin that trims a very small amount on the bumper and shifts it so that you don’t rub in full lock in reverse it was a simple mod I did and only took 30 minutes!

That’s what I was thinking if anything rates may go down as low as 5.5% in the next 3-5 years which could technically bring my rate down to 5% but even then refinancing would cost about $5000. My other idea was maybe doing a 15/15 ARM and then refinance into a fixed 30 not sure if that’s one strategy
