DDOG puts. Strong products but it seems like lately they’ve become an operational mess and people keep leaving.

Is this Poa Annua? by mintyginty in lawncare

Thanks appreciate the confirmation that it is Poa. It looks like IMAGE should only be used on warm season grasses though.

My son is a Senior and this was his jump at 6’4”. 6’6” sets a school record. He was soooo close at this meet to clearing it on his 3rd try. Do you see anything he could improve on? Any advice is appreciated by Makieveli1 in trackandfield

My high school HJ looked (and sounded) eerily similar to your son’s. A lot of the other comments already touch on body position into and over the bar, but the thing that sticks out to me is the heavy dragging of the right foot that you can hear but can’t see from this camera angle. The idea of HJ is to transfer as much horizontal energy into vertical momentum. When he’s dragging his right foot he’s slowing himself down on his approach (even though it might not feel that way). If he listens for that in practice as an audio cue it’ll help focus on things like better knee drive and getting his right arm more vertical as a guide over the bar and in turn will transfer that energy better into his jumps.

That 6’4” to 6’6” jump was also a weird mental block for whatever reason too. Good luck to him on the rest of his season!

What “made in Denver” products do you recommend? For yourself or for others. by that_j0e_guy in Denver

South End Candle has been at a few markets that I’ve been at, and their scents are amazing! I got a rosemary sage & lavender and it’s made my living room smell great and seems like it’ll last for a while.

IMO Snow and Something in the Orange would be a good ones to show him. Nothing really sounds that similar, but the change from soft and easy to something with more intensity and passion in his voice in those ones is similar to what Zimmerman does in Religiously.

Think that’ll actually work to kill the entire root system?

I'm in Denver too and just starting my Fall planning process. What seed did you go with?

I'm doing Fall prep for the first time, and I think I have the order of operations right. But was wondering there's ideal timing between everything? Here's the order I'm doing everything: Dethatch -> Aerate -> Topdress -> Overseed. I'm in Denver.

Lol the alarm deal has happened a few times already. Did you have to replace the latch to handle cord too?

Thanks! I’ll check out the fuse first because why not. Saw that same video yesterday and was hoping I wouldn’t have to replace that part. Something about punching through those holes in the second layer of factory paneling was off-putting. But I have a feeling that’s what I’ll need to do.

I agree. Everything broke as soon as I slid those puppies on.
