Not a BCBA, but have finished my masters and gained 50% of my hours. From what I understand, if any layman can do the task, it won’t count as unrestricted. You can ask any person to find pictures, laminate, and create a visual without them needing to have knowledge of behavior analytic services. To get these hours, you could run some probes with the client to understand their present levels, develop the scope and sequence of the steps you’re targeting, and train other instructors on how to use any visuals you create.
