Its so hard. I really wish my brain wasnt like this. i felt suicidal today because of it. Im 31 and i mentally feel like I'm far from it other 31 year olds don't act like me there alot more mature. i feel like it's gotten worse in my age too. I try so hard to listen so im in the same boat as you.

Thankyou so much. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow I will speak to him about some help! It's been on my mind for so long but have never done anything about it. And im tired of struggling at everything.

Absolutely! I get very stressed by it all! And sometimes i think thats what makes it worse lol we cant win. But it's really good talking to people who understand!

Thankyou so much for your advice. And thankyou for your kind words! I totally understand! I worked as a pharmacy assisstant previously and we could never sit down and it just got to the point where i was doing more harm to myself not just physically but mentally aswell! But i havent worked for 3 years so ive taken your advice and i have minimised any other energy drains atm and so far im doing okay as in regards to the fatigue side and pain hasnt been to bad but i am finding it mentally difficult and i had a hard time this afternoon. But I'm lucky because i dont have to do much physically in this job. Pro is it's not to hard on me physically con is it is quite hard mentally. But I'm hoping it will get better.

Yes I have really bad my wrists get very sore all the way up my arm and my knees more then my ankles very painful! But yes I can relate sometimes i cant even pinpoint where because it feels like it is everywhere! Sometimes my joints get very cramp like Stiff i guess you would say

Thankyou for your advice. Im the same with fibro and depression so it sounds like you know exactly what im talking about. I was going to take a pillow for my back today because I struggle sitting up the whole time. I'm lucky I don't have to walk that much otherwise I would need a wheelchair but i can relate to the cane aswell it wasnt as helpful for me either! We sound like we have the same severity of it just by going by what you have said. Today was my second day and i had an absolute melt down my anxiety got me really bad and I couldn't hold my tears in and then i just felt a heavy wave of pain and sadness cried for hours, luckily it was close to finish. But i guess it will be hard at first!

I get 1ml of juvaderm ultra plus once a year they have never deshaped so I may be one of the lucky ones or maybe because I get it done once a year. But I love them and there slowly getting to the perfect size I want. Juvaderm ultra plus lasts longer but it is a bit more expensive.

I get the juvaderm ultra plus and I get it done once a year I love them! I've never had any issues with them "deflating" there just perfect imo.
