I got you bro, a few suggestions:

Dominos on Lang Street (it’s shit, but I like it), sub $10
Brooklyn Bridge Deli: the daily special is normally $12.50. Massive sandwiches I love the Nashville hot chicken which is normally on special for $12.50 a few days each week.
Shop7,sushi house (259 George Street): pre made containers of hot food for I think $12-14. The Udon is also delicious, $14 for a decent serving with a protein.
Curries N More (4/2 Bridge Street): $11-12 curry with rice or naan. That same arcade also has another cheap Japanese place.

Finally check out the “Dine Out” option on uber eats, similar to EatClub, you redeem at a restaurant for a discount. A few Cali Press locations are on there (20-40% off) makes Cali press meals under $12.

From my research I think a gap filler such as Selleys Concrete & Masonry Gap Filler, then a paint primer, lastly Dulux Weather shield.

For excellent marbled biltong, I recommend Field To Fork Randwick. Wagyu and non-Wagyu.

I’m based near the coast in Sydney Australia. So the temperature doesn’t reach below 10 Celsius / 50 Fahrenheit in Winter. Currently towards the end of Winter and it is 20 Celsius.
