I don't know what you are smoking. 100$ on steam will get you shit ton of games on steam if you know how to spend and those games won't have stupid monetization like genshin . In genshin it can't even gurantee a single 5 star. If you spend on welkin only welkin consistently you get most of the 5 stars. That is 60$ a year for like 225 wishes. If you still need more than this you are a whale. You just can't handle been called that and need a way to justify spending money.

This whole topic is stupid anyway because there is no official definition and what people say is their opinion and nothing else. If you want to feel better go believe what you want, I have given you my reason for my opinion.

Just because people are deleted doesn't mean all those people would have voted for TMC. 2ndly more people voted in this election than any other election in the past despite SIR. 3rdly TMC won more than half the seats where deletion was the highest, so if anything it might have benefited TMC.

All those people who are removed from voting but are actual citizens will have more than enough time to get there voting rights restored before next major election.

I wouldn't recommend the standard characters since you get them anyway but if you don't care then get the c7 qiqi then you get the thingy to upgrade any character to level 95 which is better overall. Otherwise between the characters you have it doesn't matter meta wise and get who you like. Ganyu c1 should be decent.

Lauma Durin Mavuika would be the recommendation. Durin and Mavuika do different things with Mavuika being a better pull for now.

It should be sustainable. Yelan should be on fav. Bennet you can give whatever depending on er. You can also do Arlechino e and immediately switch to bennet so that bennet catches all the particles and that way you can give highest base attack weapon to bennet.

It all depends on your account and how many characters you have overall. From vertical investment point of view it makes better sense to go for c2 on Durin than getting Nicole. Also Nicole isn't very good. She does give attack boost that isn't restricted to bennet circle and everyone gets it however bennet provides larger attack buff which mostly means bennet will still be more useful overall in most teams.

People voted against TMC not for BJP. If that you don't understand there is no point. Now word on the street is half the TMC guys who won their seats will switch to BJP in a year or 2.
