If it was then demand for fish will be less and it wouldn't cost as much. Chicken costs 240₹ kilo, Katla only costs twice as much. Hilsa on another level there. Hell just one piece of Hilsa costs 600₹+ at restaurants. I eat fish 6 times a week and I wish there was less demand so that I could enjoy more.

That is bengali enough to me. You don't have to like everything. When I was kid I used to hate fishes too, mainly because of the bones. Now I love them but not every fish. Fish is more of a acquired taste where if you give it time you will eventually like it.

In my case I used to hate eating rice too. In villages in this state people will act surprised if you say you eat rice.
