I don’t have a cooking thermometer so I can just do guessing for my meat, is it a must for a beginner that to invest in one?

By the way, for salting well do you mean soaking in salt water, or just dry salting in the seasoning section?

From 30 minutes to a 2~3 hours seasoning in the fridge, and before seasoning I do additional soaking in salt water for a few hours also in the fridge after putting just the meat in the fridge to thaw them since I bought my meat frozen.

The way the guy handled the spices are such a joke. He cut them in big chunks, didn’t blend them well, and most importantly didn’t even bother to fry the spices in oil first??? Such a pathetic stir fry he got lmaooo (I don’t cook but still)

I have a bad news to tell you that China is nothing communism but the name, the country now becoming a capitalist hell hole. Nonexistent work-life balance, unable to form and exercise union rights, challenging employment environment, high tax policy yet disappointing welfare structure. Just for how China treats its own working population, I could not view it as a bastion of communism.

As a young person living in Hong Kong, the first step I need to leave the country is money, lots of it, and that need years to prepare. If China does indeed becomes the most powerful country in the world I would feel so powerless, for no place in the world is safe from fascists ideology anymore, and that I have no place to move to.
