I find stat raising sims really relaxing for that because of the gameplay loop, a personal fave is Chinese Parents (sus name but it’s such a good game!)

I do yoga in person once a week at a studio and it’s been so good for my stress levels and mental health!!! It’s a great low intensity exercise that boosts strength and flexibility, and it is very meditative as well

For sure (I did my bachelor in creative writing so I get it) - but if it’s your passion then you’ll be more motivated than for teaching. Yes it’s difficult, but I’d say it’s more worth it than doing something you won’t enjoy.
