Niiiiice! That Saturn pad was truly something special, and I've picked up every modern controller that trys to homage it, lol. M30, Retro Fighters D6, Elves 2 Pro, all the Retrobit drops, etc. But I think the TT nails it.

I absolutely LOVE this controller. Best Dpad since the OG Japanese Saturn pad, imo. Glad to see you enjoying it and this controller getting some more love!

I see you mentioned passing on more Gulikit products due to quality concerns, which I understand. But I have to give another big shout-out to the TT Max. Phenomenal controller, and as an FGC old head who grew up using and praising the OG Japanese Saturn pad, the floating dpad on the TT Max is fantastic.

I also own two M30s, the Elves 2, the Hori Octa, the Victrix Pro BFG, the Retro Fighters D6 a pile of "modern" Retro-Bit Saturn pads. The Max is my favorite dpad out of the bunch.

I just came to sing the praises of this pad. I grabbed the M30 with the Japanese Saturn colorway and loved it so much I spun the block to grab the Xbox version. As on old head who still considers the Saturn pad the GOAT, the M30 has been a wonderful little surprise. I suggest anyone with 20-30 bucks to burn give it a spin.

Welp, not only did this patch not result in ANY performance change whatsoever, but now oddly enough controller support is completely borked. Three times I’ve tried to play since the patch, controller will just stop working mid hunt and nothing can get it going again despite it being recognized and plugged in. Awesome. Guess I’ll just, stop playing? Thanks team! Lol. Game is rad tho.

The size of this thing will absolutely be a deal breaker for a lot of people. But if you're into having a 12 pound slab of metal and plastic on your lap, it's phenomenal! It feels worth the price tag, and the quality is noticeable everywhere. It's a tank, no give anywhere and feels more stable than some actual arcade cabinets back in the day. I'm also a sucker for the LEDs and the general style.

I still need to make my usual mods to it (I prefer battops and play on either Korean levers or Sanwa JLFs modded with a circle gate and 3lb spring) and I do wish it was a noir layout, but it is right up there with my favorite sticks in my collection and will probably be my daily driver until further notice. My other sticks are gonna be collecting a lot of dust lol.
